Our program focuses on providing a support system that is safe and encourages athletes to become total athletes, by synchronizing the development of of their MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT to improve athletic skill sets, self awareness, and core values for limitless potential!

8 Classes/Season. classes are 1 hour.

SEASON 2: Volleyball
SEASON 3: Football
SEASON 4: Pickle-ball
CLASS START TIME:
15mins after school dismissal on Thursdays
